One module for change history
Customer-facing change history and audit investigation belong to Audit & History, including history shown alongside a supported record. Coverage depends on which changes the product records.
Included or added to your plan
Audit & History is included in SkyHeavy and can be added to SkyLight, SkyGo, SkyPro or a custom selection. It requires Core and covers only functionality you already license; Analytics and Integration Suite are not prerequisites. Existing contractual entitlements remain in place.
The record
Who changed a value, when, and what it was before
Use the central change log to search and filter recorded changes, or open the history of a supported record in context. Entries show the acting user, timestamp and previous and new field values where those details are recorded. Coverage varies by event type and continues to expand. Start with a concrete question, such as a changed qualification, staffing setting or approval rule, and confirm that its changes are captured.
The written offer confirms the covered records, available views, filters and permissions for your investigation workflow. The module does not grant access to unlicensed functionality or bypass access permissions, and it does not change the tenant's retention policy.
