Keyboard operation
Every link, menu and control on this site is reachable and usable from a keyboard alone. The first thing focus lands on is a skip link that jumps straight past the header to the page's main content.
Visible focus
Whatever element currently holds keyboard focus is outlined in an accent colour. The outline is never suppressed, so tabbing through a page always shows where you are.
Reduced motion, honoured
If your operating system is set to reduce motion, every animation and transition on this site collapses to effectively instant. That preference is read once, site-wide, not re-implemented per component.
Colour is never the only signal
Where this site marks a status or an evidence level, verified, configured, modelled, published, the label is always text, with colour as a secondary cue, not the only way to tell states apart.
Print styles
Any page on this site prints as dark text on a light background, keeps a link's underlying address visible next to its text, and avoids splitting a card, a table or a heading across a page break. This exists because procurement officers, union representatives and heads of unit print these pages to take into meetings.
What this does not cover
This page is about the website only. It says nothing about the accessibility of the SkyRoster application itself, which is a separate question with a separate, honest answer owed to you in a working session, not guessed at here.
